Autumn 2
Autumn 2 - Let's Celebrate
This half term we are going to be learning all about different celebrations:-
Bonfire Night, Diwali, Remembrance, Children in Need and Christmas!
The children will learn why we celebrate them, what they mean to people of the world and how other countries celebrate too!
In Literacy we will be continuing with drawing club, learning new vocabulary, enjoying stories, poems, drawing and writing!

Maths
In maths we will learn numbers 4 and 5 and how to add and subtract within these numbers, we will learn 2D shapes including the properties of these shapes. Children will also develop their knowledge of early doubling using the number 2.
Religious Education
Our Christian Value is Thankfulness and in RE we are learning about the true meaning of Christmas.
We will also perform in the Nativity play!
