Well Being

Wellbeing Information, Tips and Resources:

At St Andrew's C of E Infant School the wellbeing of the whole school community is valued and a priority.

Please take a look at the resources and links which may help support you as parents / carers at home.

World Mental Health Day (Sunday 10th October 2021)

In support of this school would like to share some information from 'Lancashire Emotional Health in Schools and Colleges' which has been designed to support parents and carers.

Please have a look at their website for useful resources and links to video clips: https://wp.lancs.ac.uk/lehsc/resources-for-parents/

At present there are 2 available videos: ‘What is Mental Health? and “Promoting Resilience in Children and Young People’. These are the first two videos, in a series of videos that will be released over the next month. Hopefully these will provide parents with some understanding, tips and advice on how to support their child(ren) with their emotional wellbeing.
